Smart Alerts Beta is Live

We’re excited to roll out the beta of Smart Alerts — a new feature that helps you configure Cytidel Recon to cut through the noise and only alert you to what matters for your business.

Smart Alerts is built for: 

• Automated monitoring → Cytidel continuously tracks 300K+ CVEs, 40K+ vendors, and thousands of intel feeds for you.
• Context-driven alerts → Filter by vendors, and soon by specific products, as well as intelligence tags like CISA KEV, trending in news or social, exploits or threat actors.
• Faster response → Get notified the moment a relevant risk emerges - without waiting for NVD or drowning in scanner noise.
• Confidence → Reassurance that the signals you care about are being automatically monitored for 24/7.

What this means for you:  

This is a beta launch. We’ll be iterating quickly over the next few weeks based on your feedback.

• We will be retiring the old Trending CVE Alerts next month. If you’re currently using them, I’ll personally reach out to make sure you migrate smoothly.
• Coming soon:
  • Alerts filtered by specific products (not just vendors)
  • New filters for vulnerability type, such as “Remote Code Execution” or “Cross-Site Scripting”
